-Following the company’s vision plan, develop the real estate business opportunities.
?
根據(jù)公司目前發(fā)展?fàn)顩r，制定拓展規(guī)劃
?
-Set clear commercials objectives and use the right tools and management skills to put it into action plan.
?
制定清晰的商業(yè)拓展目標(biāo)并有效實(shí)現(xiàn)
?
-Identifying the suitable new real estate collaboration and conduct negotiation with the landlords and developers.
?
選定合適的拓展項(xiàng)目并有效談判
?
-Mgt. of contract maintenance and Financial Mgt.
?
負(fù)責(zé)商場(chǎng)合同的談判及財(cái)務(wù)賬款管理
?
-Constantly reviewing the current real estate portfolio and take actions to improve the existing portfolio.
?
持續(xù)不斷的改善公司現(xiàn)有的拓展項(xiàng)目
?
-Formulate P&L study of each project, each market and each region. And be able to interpret the numbers into an action plan and ensure the profitability of business.
?
根據(jù)每個(gè)項(xiàng)目去分析資產(chǎn)損益表，確保每個(gè)項(xiàng)目的合理性
?
-Coordinate with all related departments to ensure a smooth operating.
?
和所有相關(guān)部分協(xié)調(diào)溝通確保拓展有效進(jìn)行
?
任職資格:
?
Knowledge and Experience
?
-At least 5 years’ experience in retail business development
?
5年以上拓展零售行業(yè)
?
-Proficiency in MS office
?
熟練操作計(jì)算機(jī)辦公系統(tǒng)
?
-Can adapt to business travelling and flexible working time
?
能適應(yīng)出差及彈性工作時(shí)間
?
-Can work independently and as a team as well
?
獨(dú)立工作并能與團(tuán)隊(duì)積極合作
?
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
?
